just a couple things before i give it a rest:

1) has keith ever looked this genuinely concerned over somebody expressing their emotions to him

2) has he ever told somebody how much he admires them and how brave he believes they are point blank with such a soft look on his face

3) as far as we’ve witnessed in canon, nobody has ever spoken to hunk the way keith is, never praised him the way keith is and it shows

4) and when hunk hugs him the way he does, because nobody has ever comforted him like that keith is a little awkward at first as per usual but …….

when he hugs back he SMILES…….. WHO HAS HE EVER SMILED LIKE THIS AT ?????? EVER ???????? he rests his chin on hunks shoulder for fucks sake

5) plus THIS FUCKING SMILE FROM HUNK….. I SWEAR I SAW ANGELS WHEN I WATCHED THIS THE FIRST TIME AND EVERY TIME AFTER……….

6) and finally keith being shocked when hunk pulls away so suddenly (its bc he didn’t want the hug to end you can fight me on that)

in conclusion: heith is canon and everybody else can go the fuck home
